NFT Product Description

The platform terms describe RWANFTFI NFTs as digital access products that provide eligibility for specified ecosystem features. They do not provide guaranteed income, fixed yield, or guaranteed resale value. Regulatory treatment may differ by jurisdiction.

Key Terms

Users must satisfy the age, residency, sanctions, AML, and other eligibility requirements stated in the current agreement and compliance policies.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. The current agreement states the applicable cancellation, refund, consumer-rights, and exception rules.
The current agreement identifies the contracting entity, governing law, arbitration forum, language, seat, notice procedure, and applicable consumer-rights exceptions.
  • Protect wallet and account credentials.
  • Verify official domains and contract addresses.
  • Review the technical, financial, legal, liquidity, and regulatory conditions of each function.
  • Comply with applicable tax requirements.
Governance may restrict specified platform functions associated with an NFT under the documented process. The NFT remains in the holder’s wallet.
NFT ownership does not transfer ownership of RWANFTFI intellectual property. Any right to display associated artwork is governed by the current license terms. See the Intellectual Property page for the trademark record.
