Security Guidance

Never share a seed phrase, private key, financial password, TAN code, or two-factor authentication code.
Share your Secret Code only with official support, and only in a security-related request. Support cannot process a security request without it.
Support never writes to you first, and never asks for a seed phrase, a private key, or a prepayment to “unlock” funds or an account. Any such request is a scam.
Verify the domain against the list of official domains and check contract addresses.
Report impersonation and phishing through the official security contact.
